Take a walk through the bush - take in the smells, the sounds, the emotions and just be in the moment. The way the sunlight filters through the eucalyptus trees; the steam that rises from the damp ground when the sunlight hits it; the smell of the recent rain; the muddy walking track and the wildflowers starting to bloom.
