STORY: This mural depicts the Launceston Church Grammar School Junior community.
The community is represented as the large concentric circles with handprints of student and staff belonging to this community. The handprints flow from small to large representing the adults being mentors, protectors and keeping the children safe.
The surrounding country is shown with kanamaluka (Tamar River) running through the mural, surrounding mountains and hills as well as animal tracks such as birds and wallabies.
